Marsden Maritime Holdings Ltd (MMH) today announced the pending retirement from the Board of its Chairman, Sir John Goulter, with effect from the end of the financial year, 30 June 2019.
Sir John has been a Director of the Company since 2011 and was elected Chairman in December 2012.
Commenting on his time serving on the Board, Sir John said, “It has been a period of significant change for the Company, all of which has been positive, and prospects for expansion of the Company’s assets at Marsden Point are quite exciting. As well, the possibility of a rail connection plus ongoing development at Northport also auger well for the Company.”
The Board will appoint a new Chair and a further Director in the near future.
