The Board of Marsden Maritime Holdings (MMH) today announced the election of Mr Murray Jagger as Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 July 2019.
Mr Jagger replaces Sir John Goulter who as previously advised is retiring at the end of June.
Incoming Chairman Mr Jagger has been a director of the Company since October 2015 and is also a director of associated entities Northport Ltd and North Tugz Ltd.
The Board also advises that Mr Gavin Carroll, MMH’s Company Secretary, has been appointed as an interim director to fill the vacancy caused by Sir John’s retirement. The Board has determined Mr Carroll will be a non-independent director.
A permanent replacement will be nominated for election at the Company’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting to be held in October.
